Mr. Williams started
Yennik, Inc. (formerly R. Kinney Williams & Associates) in Kansas City, Missouri, in April 1980 and has lived in Lubbock, Texas since 1989.
He advises community bankers in regulatory matters, lending operations,
information technology security, and Internet security issues. Information
systems/technology security experience
He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Brotherhood Bank and
Trust Company, Kansas City, Kansas, for two years. The bank is a 130 million dollar
bank with a two billion dollar trust department.
He worked for Swords & Associates, Kansas City, Missouri, where
he handled holding
company applications, bank stock appraisals, and the purchase and sale of banks.
In addition, he conducted bank stock appraisals for the FDIC, investors, ESOP
programs, estate purposes, and attorneys.
He was a marketing representative for Federated Investors, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, in Missouri and Oklahoma where he helped bankers with investment
opportunities.
From 1989 to 1997 he worked for the Texas Department of Banking, and was the West Texas
Regional Director in Lubbock. His responsibilities included the financial condition
of 120 banks with assets more than 5 billion dollars, and 22 field examiners were
under his direction.
Division of Finance, State of Missouri, January 1967 - April 1980: As Supervising
Examiner his responsibilities included the supervision of personnel and the examination of
Missouri State banks. He directed more than 500 bank examinations and personally
managed more than 100 examinations. His responsibilities were to find and correct
problems, and determine the overall financial stability of the banks.
First National Bank, Columbia, Missouri. June 1963 - January 1967: This was
the start of his work experience that included direct involvement in all areas of bank
operations from a proof operator to head teller.
